Horror Ripped From the Headlines

We are constantly bombarded by horror in the news, whether it be about the latest movie or war. It’s ever present in the headlines and on social media. Trust me, you don’t have to go far to read something scary. Last week in fact, a local coroner had mechanical difficulties with the back door of his vehicle.

And dead body strapped to a gurney fell out onto a busy street.

You heard me.

Rolled right out into oncoming traffic!

Can you imagine being the car behind him on the road? Talk about real life scariness! I’d be freaking about possession and locking my car doors and everything! What would you do?

Yikes! I have an actual fear of this! Never thought about a dead body, but I hate being behind a truck full of anything. I’m afraid it’ll fly open and dump stuff onto the street!

My step-mom actually had a Christmas tree fly off the back of a truck into her little Toyota once. I never thought it could happen with a body either, but then again I guess we should all expect the unexpected.

I’ve always followed trucks with cars or logs on them and imagined them rolling off, but a body? Holy dead man rolling, doc. And BAM life is suddenly strange and interesting.
