Midnight Society Movie Night: The Nun

It is time, once again, for Midnight Society Movie Night announcement. Horror movie friends, let’s watch The Nun. Let’s watch together huddled in the dark, tucked cozy under blankets. Who’s bringing the cookies? Popcorn?

I posted my thoughts on the 2018 film by James Wan and Gary Dauberman in my previous post. You can read it here! About how I ran to see this movie and left a bit disappointed, and then how I rewatched it (because The Conjuring universe is one of my favorites) and discovered pieces of the puzzle I had missed.

So, I need to see The Nun again with all my new found knowledge. I wonder if there’s any other subtle, hidden gems. Let’s be honest, I’ll enjoy the creepy scenes and final battle with evil immensely as I search for more.

As much as I love immersing myself in the world of scary sitting in a theater or in my living room alone, watching with friends is always more fun. I’m happy to fill your Twitter with all my tweets, which are extremely entertaining, but I will be thrilled if you watch too and add your thoughts.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

Friday, March 22nd at 9 EST, gather all your demon-fighting snacks and join me on Twitter #MidnightSocietyMovieNight and #TheNun.
