Website Revamp: New Midnight Society Website

Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, I call the new website revamp complete!

We were gone for a bit and like lots of things in Pet Sematary, we’re back! Mary and I have spent lots and lots of time revamping our webpage and making it stronger than ever. Thank you Mary, I couldn’t have done it without you! With this we have a brand new look, feel, and an optimized user experience. I hope you take some time to explore, as you would with any haunted house you visit.

So glad you asked. Lots of things! Here are a few of my favorite new changes.

Before, we had obituaries listed for our members. But a lot has changed and so have we. So now you can see all of our accomplishments and a bit more about us. Click the screenshot below to go straight there.

Yes! Writer resources. We’re writers and we understand the sheer joy and utter frustration fellow writers feel when writing. So we’ll be compiling and curating our favorite writing resources to help you on your journey. And of course, if you have some suggestions, feel free to leave links below of what we should include. This will include writing tips, tricks, and even query help.

We have an Instagram now! It can be found on Instagram at @MdNight_Society. You can click straight through at the bottom of our page and see our Instagram reel. Make sure you give us a follow to keep your timeline spooky.

A lot has happened this year and we’ve had many official visits to big conferences. Thus, we’ve had to add an events page to share where we’ll be so you can come up and say hello. Brian attended several conferences, Jolene was a speaker at Scare LA, and Victoria was a speaker and guest author at Spooky Empire. Check out our past and upcoming events here.

Our front page now showcases featured categories. Check out some of our favorite topics, such as witchy things, ghosts, books, movies, and more! You can click on the images to explore those categories. You can also use the search tool to find something specific. Or, if you prefer to read anything and everything, you can simply click the blog link, and read our blog posts in order.

What do you think of our new website? Do you like it? What is your favorite part?

Let us know in the comments below. We’re happy to be back.
