Midnight Society Movie Night: Terrified (Aterrados)

Live-tweeting last month didn’t go well, as my wifi decided to…well, die. And I still haven’t been able to watch The Room. But that will be fixed next week when the wifi people are coming to make everything better. So for this month, let’s watch Terrified!

A Shudder original, Terrified, written by Juan Pedro Ramos and directed by Demian Rugna, is a 2018 Spanish horror film.

Shudder blurb: On an ordinary suburban street in Buenos Aires, voices are heard from kitchen sinks. Bodies are levitating. Evil is here. It is up to a doctor, her colleague, and an ex-cop to get to the bottom of this neighborhood nightmare.

Ummm…yes please. I love me some voices, levitating, and evil. Put them all together and BAM some scary magic shall happen. Let’s all be apart of the nightmare.

This looks fun.

SO WHO’S IN?

One of the reasons I wanted Shudder TV is to see all the movies that lurk at the edges, the films that don’t make it to my local theater, the shows that come from all over the world to scare us and make us think. There’s so much horror out there and I want the chance to experience it all. All my dreams are coming true.

So…

Turn off your lights, put on your comfy clothes, pop some of the corn and join me on Twitter, Friday, June 26th at 9pm EST on #MidnightSocietyMovieNight #TerrifiedMovie #Aterrados! Watch with me! Tweet your reactions with mine! Or just kick back and enjoy my tidal wave of tweets.

Whatever you do. Go enjoy some horror.

Cheers and nightmares,

Kathy
